Cupping Therapy

Myofascial decompression therapy targeting muscle tension, improving blood flow, and accelerating recovery between sessions. Ideal for athletes dealing with tight tissue, restricted movement, or post-training soreness.

Cold Plunge

Cold plunge
$15 / session

Cold water immersion for reducing inflammation, improving circulation, and enhancing mental resilience. Available as a standalone session or post-training add-on. The discomfort is the point — and the results follow.
