Each service is available standalone or paired with your training session. Recovery isn't optional — it's the other half of the work.

Cupping therapy

Cupping Therapy

Myofascial decompression therapy targeting muscle tension, improving blood flow, and accelerating recovery between sessions. Ideal for athletes dealing with tight tissue, restricted movement, or post-training soreness.

Cold plunge

Cold Plunge

$15 / session

Cold water immersion for reducing inflammation, improving circulation, and enhancing mental resilience. Available as a standalone session or post-training add-on. The discomfort is the point — and the results follow.

Barrel Sauna

Infrared barrel sauna for deep tissue recovery, improved sleep quality, and cardiovascular conditioning. Heat stress triggers powerful adaptations — from increased growth hormone to better stress tolerance. Coming to Yeager's Gym soon.

Do I have to be a coaching client to book recovery?

No. Every recovery service is available standalone — book it on its own or pair it with a training session.

Which service should I start with?

Sore and stiff? Start with cupping or the cold plunge. Chasing better sleep and deeper recovery? The sauna. Not sure — Brad will point you to the right one for how you're feeling.

Can I add recovery to a training session?

Yes. Most clients pair recovery work with their session — train hard, then recover smart, in one visit.

Is cupping or the cold plunge safe?

For most healthy adults, yes. Brad walks you through what to expect and scales the intensity to you. If you have a medical condition, check with your doctor first.
