Common questions about remote coaching.

Can remote coaching really be as good as in-person?

With velocity data, yes. Most remote coaches give you a spreadsheet and check in once a week. Brad sees your actual bar speed from every set, knows exactly how your body responded, and adjusts your program accordingly. The data bridge closes the distance gap — you get the same precision as someone training in the gym with him.

What if I don't have a velocity tracker yet?

I've been burned by online coaching before. How is this different?

Most online coaches sell templates with a Zoom call stapled on. Brad writes every program individually, reviews your velocity data weekly, and adjusts based on how your body actually performed — not how a template says it should have. If something isn't working, the data shows it before you even notice.

How often do we communicate?

You get direct messaging access for questions, form checks, and quick adjustments throughout the week. Programming updates happen weekly based on your data. It's not a "set it and forget it" service — Brad is actively coaching, just not standing next to you.

What do I need to get started?

Access to a gym with a barbell and standard equipment. That's it. A velocity tracker is ideal but not required on day one. Brad handles the programming, the tracking, and the adjustments — you just need to show up and train.

What if my schedule is inconsistent?

The program adapts to you, not the other way around. If you can only train 3 days one week and 5 the next, Brad adjusts volume and intensity based on your actual availability and velocity data. Life happens — your program should handle it.
